Sponsorship · Become a Sponsor

If your organization is interested in becoming a sponsor for CSCW 2011, please contact the Sponsorship co-chairs at sponsorship@cscw2011.org.

CSCW 2011 offers five levels of sponsorship: Champion, Bridge Builder, Benefactor, Contributor, and Friend.

Benefits for Champions ($20,000 U.S. or greater contribution)

Champions receive all the benefits of Bridge Builders, Benefactors, and Contributors as well as the following additional benefits:

• Your company will be listed in conference material as a Champion.
• You will receive special acknowledgement as a Champion in the conference Final Program.
• Your company name and logo will be listed in the conference Proceedings as a Champion.
• You will have first choice of naming one conference event. The events available for Champions to name are: Conference reception, Demo/Poster reception, Student Volunteer reception and six coffee breaks. Naming of events will be decided based on the amount of the contribution and the order received.
• You will receive two additional complimentary conference registrations (total of five complimentary registrations).

Benefits for Bridge Builders ($15,000 U.S. or greater contribution)

Champions receive all the benefits of Benefactors as well as the following additional benefits:

• Your company will be listed in conference material as a Bridge Builder.
• You will have second choice of naming one conference event (after the Champion sponsors). The events that can be named as a Bridge Builder are: Doctoral Consortium dinner, Demo/Poster reception, Student Volunteer reception and six coffee breaks. Naming of events will be decided based on the amount of the contribution and the order received.
• You will receive one additional complimentary conference registration (total of three complimentary registrations).

Benefits for Benefactors ($10,000 U.S. or greater contribution)

Benefactors receive all the benefits of Contributors as well as the following additional benefits:

• Your company will be listed in conference material as a Benefactor.
• You may provide promotional material that will be given to all conference attendees free of charge.
• You will be invited to participate in the Conference Demo event as a sponsor, and space will be set aside for you to set up a booth showcasing your company's products, services, or innovative research.
• You will have third choice of naming one conference event (after the conference Champion and Bridge Builder sponsors). The events that can be named as a Benefactor are: Demo/Poster reception, Student Volunteer reception and six coffee breaks. Naming of events will be decided based on the amount of the contribution and the order received.
• You will receive one additional complimentary conference registration (total of two complimentary registrations).

Benefits for Contributors ($5,000 U.S. or greater contribution)

Your company will be listed in the following conference material as a Contributor:

• Your logo will appear on the CSCW 2011 conference tote bag. Attendees carry these bags throughout the conference and continue to use them when they return home.
• You will be acknowledged during the opening and closing plenary sessions of the conference.
• Your company logo will be listed on the conference sponsors Web page, with a link to your home page, if desired.
• You will receive special acknowledgement in the conference Final Program.
• Your company name will be listed in the conference Proceedings.
• You will receive one complimentary conference registration.

Benefits for Friends ($2,500 U.S. or greater contribution)

Your company will be listed in the following conference material as a Friend:

• Your logo will appear on the CSCW 2011 conference tote bag. Attendees carry these bags throughout the conference and continue to use them when they return home.
• You will be acknowledged during the opening and closing plenary sessions of the conference.
• Your company logo will be listed on the conference sponsors Web page, with a link to your home page, if desired.
• You will receive special acknowledgement in the conference Final Program.
• Your company name will be listed in the conference Proceedings.
